Breastfeeding can be a difficult and complicated issue. It can also be very easy and simple. No two women (or two babies) experience the exact same thing when it comes to breastfeeding, which is why it is important to honor your own feelings and experiences. Some moms choose to breastfeed, others don't...some moms really want to but can't for various reasons...there is no ONE WAY when it comes to breastfeeding and it isn't always a given (except in the fairy tale versions of motherhood).
